Compliance forms can be flagged as a required form that must be:
- completed by a user prior to starting a task, or
- completed in order to complete the task
For example, there may be a mandatory requirement for field staff to complete a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) or a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before starting work on site, or maybe you have some mandatory checks before you can complete a task.
Adding required compliance forms to tasks is an administration function that requires access to Site Admin. Please contact your Site Administrator for assistance. For more information, see Linked Compliance Forms.

To complete a required form:

Form status
The icon beside each required form will be different, depending on the form status. In addition, you'll see if forms need to be completed before the task can be started, or marked as completed. Required Forms are form templates and will remain in this status at the top until the related form has been completed. The warning banner at the top of the task will disappear once all required forms are closed. More informationRequired to Start

Tap the name of a currently open form to resume and close it once complete. Tap View All Linked Forms (x) to open the Spec Forms tab. See Compliance Forms - Overview. |
