Job costs such as labour, materials and expenses are recorded directly on the task via the following methods:
- Job Costs Overview
- Task shortcuts
- Items tab.
It is vital to keep job cost information up to date and accurate to ensure that all costs are captured for invoicing and reporting purposes.
Feature Access settings
How the information on the Job Costs Overview and the Items tab depends on your Material and Expense visibility set within your Feature Access Settings, e.g. you may see dollar values or number of items.
