Pre-Built Forms

Learn how you can import AroFlo supplied compliance forms into your site

As an alternative to creating your custom forms from scratch, you can use one of our pre-built forms as a starting point. We've set up pre-built versions of a range of the most common forms our clients use.

To use a pre-built form:

  1. Go to Site Admin > Settings > Compliance > Forms.
  2. Click Add Pre-built Form and click Accept to accept the disclaimer.
  3. In the Select Pre-built form to add field, use the dropdown to select which form you want to add.
  4. Enter a name for your form.
  5. In the Select Category field, click the (magnifier) to view the list of Custom Form categories available.
  6. Either double-click the category you want, or click it once and click Select Custom Form Category.
  7. Click Add.

ME Safety Forms

You must be an ME Safety member and have followed the instructions in Connect to MEA and Add Forms before you will be able to use these. These act similarly to Pre-Built forms but do not need to be imported as they populate upon linking your ME Safety API key.

 

NECA Forms

You must be an NECA member and have followed the instructions in Connect to NECA and Add Forms before you will be able to use these. These act similarly to Pre-Built forms but do not need to be imported as they populate upon linking your NECA subscription.
