Default Image Upload Resolution - Field

Learn how to set a default image upload resolution for uploading photos in AroFlo Field

Updated on November 19th, 2025

Setting the Default Image Upload Resolution may be useful when you upload a number of photos in the field with a limited mobile data plan.

The default setting for Default Image Upload Resolution (field) is ‘Original’. If you need to decrease this size, you can by selecting one of the three options: ‘Small’, ‘Medium’, or ‘Large’. See the examples below.

Balance Time vs Resolution

When setting the Default Image Upload Resolution (field), you will need to balance how quickly the photo will upload (smaller size) versus visibility of the photo overall and the ability to see smaller details (larger photos).

Set a default image resolution

The default resolution for images uploaded via AroFlo Field can be changed in Site Administration > Settings > Documents & Photos.

Choosing anything other than 'Original' may alter the original image properties, such as image orientation.
