Recording Task Job Costs

Learn how to properly account for all of your job costs in AroFlo Office

Job costs such as labor, materials and expenses are recorded directly on the task via the buttons in the center of the task worksheet.
 

It's important to keep job cost information up to date and accurate to ensure that all costs are captured for invoicing and reporting purposes.

Feature Access settings

The content displayed on the buttons depends on your Labor, Material and Expense visibility set within your Feature Access Settings, e.g. the button may show dollar values, or number of items.
