Edit a certification
To make a change to a certification:
- On a certification type, click Edit.
- From this screen you can:
- change the certification name
- move it to a different category
- set an expiry alert (see below)
- archive the certification.
- Once you've made your changes, click Save.
Set a certificate expiry alert
There are two types of certificate expiry alerts you can use:
- Dashboard Certificate Expiry Alert - posts a message to your Home screen's Message Board (and to the My Certifications area in AroFlo Field) 7 days before certificate expiry
- Email Certificate Expiry Alert - emails your chosen user 30 days before a certificate's expiry date, and again the day before expiry.
If you need to allow extra time to arrange the renewal of a certification, set the expiry date to one month earlier than the actual expiry date.
To set an expiry alert:
- Click Edit on the certification type.
- Choose which type of expiry alert you want, or use both:
- Dashboard Certificate Expiry Alert - click the checkbox
- Email Certificate Expiry Alert - select a user from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save Certification Type.
Remove expiry alerts
To remove expiry alerts from the Home screen's Message Board in AroFlo Office and on My Certifications in AroFlo Field, go into the relevant certification and set a new expiry date.
To stop email expiry alerts, select Off from the Email Certificate Expiry Alert dropdown.
Delete a certification
Deleting a certification can only be done via Site Administration. Go to Settings > Compliance > Certifications.
