Xero Payroll Access

Learn how to set up Xero payroll access in AroFlo

Xero Payroll Access is required to set up timesheet integration with Xero.

These instructions require you to have an existing Xero integration. If you do not have an existing integration, please contact our customer service team.

 

Payroll access is required to see Xero employees and payroll pay items (Earning types and Leave types).

To do this:

  1. Access the Integration Menu via Site Administration > Integration.
  2. Click the Integration Entities tab.

    If you have multiple entities, select the entity with Xero integration.

     
  3. In the Xero Company Authorisation area, click Authorise Payroll Access. You will be redirected to Xero.
  4. Login to Xero and click Allow access. You will be redirected back to AroFlo.
  5. In the Xero Company Authorisation area, you should now see Payroll Enabled.

What's next?

  • Timesheets will be available (and ticked) under Post Zones.
  • Tabs will be available for Timesheet Integration. These include User SetupWork Type Setup and Overhead Setup.
