If you're unable to transfer data to Xero, it may be due to an expired or invalid company authorization token located within the Integration menu. To re-authorize a company authorization token:

Multiple Xero Organizations
To authorize a different Xero organization, click Authorize an additional Xero Organization, follow the instructions from step 5 as above, but select your other organization from Xero before clicking Allow Access.
To authorize a different Xero organization, click Edit and select it in the Organization Selected dropdown, then Save.
